Due to the fact I live where my winter becomes very cold, this scarf keeps me warm and I get a lot of compliments from my friends.     This tie was a great length for me but it may be a bit long on a child. Crest was instantly recognised by friends and the tie has a nice smoothness to it. I don't think the students in the movies wear a tie that has a crest on it, but it makes it more party-friendly for those who aren't mega HP buffs. =) I would definitely recommend this for any Hogwarts student costume.

    Just got this for my son for Halloween and the tie is great quality. Full sized tie adult sized. Appears to be official WB merchandise. MY son loved it and wants to wear it even after Halloween!
